Who We Are

25 Years Designing Destinations

DSA were established in 2001 in the UAE. Since then, the practice has grown into five studios, Dubai, Riyadh, Belgrade, Kochi and Hyderabad, delivering more than 550 projects across 30 countries and 50 cities, working with over 120 clients and operators. Many of these are long-standing relationships built across multiple projects and years of collaboration.

We work across the full project lifecycle and across sectors including luxury and midscale hospitality, residential, mixed-use, commercial, retail, F&B, leisure and education.

Whether appointed as lead design consultant from concept through delivery, or entrusted to develop and deliver an established design vision, the same four principles shape how we work: Design, Delivery, Intelligence and Collaboration.
