Capital Smart City Golf Club

Part of the Capital Smart City development, the Golf Club is an iconic contemporary building designed to maximise views across the surrounding golf course. Large outdoor spaces and shaded areas create comfortable places for members to relax, while the architecture maintains a spacious yet human-scaled character.

The Golf Club and Leisure Club are brought together beneath a shared roof structure, creating a cohesive destination for members. Supporting facilities include the pro shop, lockers, administration offices, golf cart storage, maintenance and general storage areas, as well as dedicated spaces for golf operations.

A carefully considered arrival sequence includes a drop-off area with concierge, valet and bag-drop facilities, leading to an open-to-sky arrival space overlooking the golf course and canyon. The pro shop connects directly to the cart staging area, with capacity for 30 to 60 carts, while dedicated golf bag storage and operational facilities support the smooth running of the club.

The clubhouse also accommodates a golf academy connected directly to the driving range and practice areas. Reception, lounge, retail, offices, storage, hitting bays, toilets, lockers and a gym provide a comprehensive learning environment for students.
