Culture Village Hotel
Project Overview
Jaddaf, Dubai, UAE
5-Star Urban Hotel
A contemporary waterfront hotel overlooking Dubai Creek, positioned within the first phase of the wider Culture Village development. The design draws inspiration from the character of traditional Arabic town settlements, reinterpreted through a contemporary architectural language to create a distinctive urban destination with a strong sense of place.
The hotel comprises 293 keys within a 316-bay development, complemented by a diverse range of resort-style amenities including restaurants, bars, a spa, fitness facilities, swimming pools, a kids’ club, ballroom, and meeting spaces. Set between the Dubai Creek and a network of internal waterways, the hotel is closely connected to the waterfront promenade, with landscaped spaces and outdoor dining terraces extending the experience towards the creek.
A series of terraces, promenades, and landscaped spaces create a seamless transition between the hotel, public realm, and waterfront, while the rooftop pool and view deck take advantage of the elevated position to provide expansive views across Dubai Creek and the city. The overall design combines the energy of an urban city hotel with the relaxed character of a resort, creating a distinctive destination for leisure, dining, business, and waterfront experiences.
