DSA provided multi-disciplinary lead design consultancy services for the project, supporting the delivery of the high-end luxury resort from the wider design vision through to its technical and delivery requirements. DSA worked alongside world-class international design architects and consultants, translating the project’s design intent into a coordinated, buildable development while responding to the complex requirements of a world-class hospitality destination.

The project reflects DSA’s approach to design and delivery: bringing together international design expertise with regional knowledge, multidisciplinary coordination and a strong understanding of the demands of delivering complex luxury hospitality projects in the Middle East.
