Samarah Rift

The project extends the Hilton Dead Sea Resort and Samarah Living residential development, creating a cohesive new community shaped by the site’s natural topography.

The design responds sensitively to the sloping terrain, with buildings carefully positioned along the natural contours of the site to maximise views towards the Dead Sea.

The development creates a series of intimate, pedestrian-friendly streets and communal spaces, establishing a strong sense of community while maintaining privacy for residents. Contemporary architectural forms are complemented by materials and tones inspired by the surrounding landscape, allowing the development to sit naturally within its setting and creating a distinctive residential environment connected to the unique character of the Dead Sea.
