The Golden Mile

Situated along the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, Golden Mile is a landmark mixed-use development extending over more than one kilometre and approximately 405,000 m². The development combines 860 residential apartments with 34,000 m² of retail and 25,000 m² of commercial and office space, integrated within a continuous podium and a series of eight- to ten-storey residential buildings.

Drawing inspiration from the traditional architecture of the Gulf region, the design combines contemporary planning with regional architectural references to create a distinctive gateway to Palm Jumeirah. The development is structured around a vibrant mix of residential, retail, and commercial uses, supported by landscaped spaces and pedestrian-oriented areas that create a connected community environment. Its scale, frontage, and strategic location establish Golden Mile as a prominent arrival point to the Palm and an important mixed-use destination within the development.
