DSA Shortlisted in Two Categories at the 2026 Hospitality Awards

This year, DSA has been nominated for two categories, including Consultant of the Year – Architecture and Luxury Hospitality Project – Raffles Jeddah.

Being recognised in both a practice and project category is a proud milestone for our team. The nominations reflect the dedication, creativity, and collaboration that underpin every project we deliver, as well as our ongoing commitment to creating destinations that combine exceptional design with meaningful guest experiences.

The nomination for Luxury Hospitality Project celebrates Raffles Jeddah, a landmark development on the Red Sea coastline that exemplifies luxury, sophistication, and architectural excellence. The project represents a close collaboration between our client, consultants, contractors, and project teams, resulting in a destination that reflects both the prestige of the Raffles brand and the unique character of Jeddah.

We are honoured to be recognised alongside many of the industry's leading organisations and congratulate all fellow finalists.
