Part of the Capital Smart City Development, the Banquet Hall is envisioned as a contemporary venue for private celebrations and cultural gatherings, particularly weddings. Its simple architectural language is complemented by surrounding green areas and landscaped function lawns.

The double-building configuration separates the service zone at the rear, supporting efficient loading and movement, while the main banquet hall can be divided into two independent event zones. Each zone is supported by dedicated pre-function areas, VVIP and bridal rooms, public washrooms, and external function spaces, creating a flexible setting for a range of private events
